Returns: Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a mistake on our part or if the merchandise is defective. Please inspect goods immediately and contact our customer service department to report any defects, damage in shipping or errors on our part. There are no returns on personalized items; we will gladly exchange defective merchandise.
Although we cannot accept returns on personalized items we do want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do all that we can to make sure you are satisfied with your items.
Shipping: Items are shipped from various warehouses in the USA.
Most personalized gifts will arrive within 10 business days. Production time is 2-3 days plus shipping time. Some items may take longer such as hand crafted signs and woven blankets and some engraved items. Items that have a longer production time will have the estimated delivery time in the item listing.
Some of our items ship to the USA lower 48 states only and there may be an extra charge for shipment to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are based on price and/or weight depending on warehouse. Items returned as non deliverable will incur a return shipping charge prior to being re-shipped. The shipping charge is determined by the carrier, USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex.
Expedited shipping is available for most items for an additional cost. Please email for quote. When choosing expedited shipping please be aware that your item will still take 1-2 days to personalize and then it will ship expedited.
